Description
Description
Rock wool products are made of basalt as the main raw material, melted at high temperature (temperature greater than 1450°C), and made into inorganic fibers with high-speed centrifugal equipment, and then added with special binder and dust-proof oil, and the cotton is collected by a drum swing belt Laying felt, using special equipment to change the fiber arrangement, arranging the rock wool fiber into a three-dimensional chaotic structure, and finally a new type of light insulation material made by curing and shaping equipment. Then according to different purposes, products such as rock wool board, rock wool felt, rock wool tube shell and so on are made.

1. Insulation performance
At present, in the field of household building insulation and industrial building insulation, rock wool is produced in strict accordance with national A-level insulation materials and various building standards, and its combustion performance can reach A-level. At the same time, it can pass thermal conductivity, compressive strength, water absorption, and dimensional stability. The performance of indicators such as sex has been greatly improved. The thermal conductivity of the rock wool board is related to the diameter and direction of the fiber and the density of the rock wool board. Only the lower the thermal conductivity, the better the heat preservation effect.

2. High mechanical strength, low load
The directional rock wool board adopts a very reasonable rock wool fiber layout, which can ensure that the density of the upper layer of the rock wool board is much greater than the density of the lower layer. The purpose of this is to improve the surface strength of the directional rock wool board. The rock wool board produced by this method can not only withstand a long-term uniform load, but also can convert a point load into a uniform load, thereby improving the compressive strength of the rock wool board in the entire building.

3. Waterproof performance
There are two main ways to improve the waterproofness of directional rock wool board: 1. Through its own fiber arrangement structure. 2. Add an appropriate amount of waterproofing agent. A good water repellent can be used for the surface treatment of rock wool fibers. The water repellent is firmly attached to the surface of each rock wool fiber, thus forming a stable and durable network structure. Under the action of the waterproofing agent, water droplets cannot enter the rock wool fiber, so the waterproof performance of the rock wool board is improved.

4 Sound proof function

5 Non-corrosive
Rock wool is chemically stable, with a pH of 7-8, neutral or weakly alkaline, and has no corrosion to metal materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum)

Where can rock wool and mineral wool products be used?
(1) The application of rock wool and mineral wool products in construction: used for heat insulation, sound insulation, fire prevention and noise reduction of building walls and roofs, building partitions, firewalls, various sandwich panels, fire doors and elevator shafts.

(2) Industrial applications of rock wool and mineral wool products: heat preservation, fire prevention, sound absorption, and earthquake resistance of industrial equipment, pipes, containers, and various kilns.

(3) The application of rock wool and mineral wool products in the shipbuilding industry.
Because of its strong water repellency and physical strength, rock wool is commonly used in the construction of ship plywood.

(4) Application of rock wool and mineral wool products in other fields: instead of alkali-resistant glass fiber weaving high-performance alkali-resistant grid cloth, used for heat preservation and fire protection of vehicles, mobile equipment, cold storage projects, and air-conditioning pipelines.
